Bowker Mechanical-Definitely a “Who to use”! I had an issue with my York furnace. I called Bowker’s after hours number and was helped to diagnose my problem in minutes. The owner was patient and helpful until we were able to fix the problem. Very grateful for the help after hours, on a Friday night. I have used Bowker for our yearly maintenance also and was extremely pleased with the work performed on the furnace. When that was finished early the owner looked around at all our other heating units, like the gas fireplace, and performed yearly service on those too. They are reasonably priced and highly professional.

Great service and was able to work with a roofing contractor who was repairing the roof in the same area.

What I liked about this experience is, he's?communicating with me on what's going on. I felt more confident knowing what's going on. I can't think of anything he could have done better.

The price was quite reasonable. They're the ones that I used to install my system a few years ago. I probably will use them in the future because they installed my system and I have confidence in the company.

The technician arrived exactly on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with the garage heater as being a bad thermocouple. The one he had in hus truck was not correct for this heater. He went to a local store and purchased the correct part and returned very quickly. He installed and tested it. Everything worked fine.
He then performed the annual maintenance on the furnace. While doing so he explained certain aspects about my furnace and the things he was doing at the time. He also suggested a method to inexpensively (as opposed to zoning) balance out the heating of the house. He finished the maintenance and departed. I am looking into possibly having this company do the work to balance the heating.
I am very pleased with the technician and the company. I will definitely use them again.

Excellant work, and impecable customer service. They replaced a furnace that was in our laundry room, it had been in there for the kast 20 yrs. with all kinds of ducting. It was a crowded mess in there. Dave (the owner) suggested we retrofit it into the crawl space, which was more work for them. The end result was a much quieter, more efficient furnace, and also with all of that removed from the laundry room, it gave my wife the much needed room for cabinets and a folding area that she had wanted for 20 yrs. thanks to Dave and his crew for some fabulous work !!!

It took them about 1 1/2 months to get the replacement part and I had to call them back at least one time to follow up that the part was still coming.
