I have been using BLSVH for about 7 years. I've used numerous vets over the years and think they are one of the best. They care about your pet. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty for several of my pets, including an elderly dog that meant a lot to me. I've had to have a three dogs euthanized by them and they do this in a very sensitive manner.

It went very well. I loved the Vet and she was very thorough, clear in her explanation and what the expectations were. Instructions for aftercare were clear. Suggested I brush the dogs teeth.

They seem to have a lack of good scheduling. But this is probably due to their high volume of business. For example, they are never ready at any scheduled time, seems there is always a 'squeeze' in or an emergency that you have to wait for. It is worth the wait, as the vets are very good. Dr Lehman is very personable and has a good 'bedside' manner with my dog. All the staff are caring and show empathy for your pets situation as well as your stress. I was impressed that Dr Lehman took the time to consult with a specialist when she did not know the answer.
