I've been getting help from Amber for almost a year now I think. I found her hear on Angie's List and could not be happier. Her rates are reasonable and she does the best job of all the help I've had over the years. She communicates well and feels more like a friend helping me out. She has a wonderful personality and is completely trustworthy. She does the things I care most about when cleaning and in responsive to feed back and requests. She is also very fast she gets my entire house clean in the time allotted and it's a large home with a lot of work and two dogs!! Every time I think I will come home and she probably wasn't able to get to something but that has never been the case. She will add hours if I ask and sometimes rearrange her schedule to accommodate me if I need extra help outside of the regular schedule. She also takes initiative to do other things if she sees they need done (like laundry) but always asks first if it's okay. She has been a lifesaver to my sanity and unlike a lot of my other experiences with house cleaning help I do not come home frustrated that I still need to do something. I didn't write a review earlier because I really didn't want her to get so booked up that I would lose time with her but she deserves the positive review so I'll just learn to live with any consequences of her being in higher demand!
