Advanced Concrete

Of all of the contractors I've been dealing with during the construction process, Jordan with Advanced Concrete has been by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. While we have not been able to start the project yet, I hope to be able to use Advanced Concrete when the time comes.

I contacted Jordan at Advanced Concrete and he came out to give me an estimate in August 2012. Things didn't work out for me to proceed that fall, so I contacted him in June and we set up a time in mid-July. A day or two beforehand, he came out to the house and we discussed my plan and made a few modifications to finalize the project. I was very pleased with his suggestions and we were able to come up with the best possible plan for "my" project. There was nothing "cookie-cutter" about my project. Since my original plan to do the excavating ourselves didn't pan-out, Jordan didn't hesitate to fill-in and do the excavating and I was very pleased with the job he operating the bobcat that was needed for the task. On pour day, his wife came and helped with the finishing touches. Throughout the project he asked for my input, so that I was a satisfied customer in the end. I plan to use Jordan/Advanced Concrete again this summer for another concrete project. I was very pleased with the project, Jordan's professionalism and his ability to meet my specific needs.

Jordan and Derry did a great job. Jordan was very responsive considering how small the job was. I had contacted three other concrete companies and could not either get them to return my calls or give me a bid. Jordan gave me a bid after looking at pictures of the area; we set up a date for the work to be performed, and then he called a couple of days before and asked if they could come out that evening and begin prepping the area. They arrived around 6pm and were here until 10pm. They returned on the date arranged to do the work and were done by 2pm. The kennel floor looks great and the work was done to spec. I thought the price was a little high but considering how responsive Jordan was, how small the job was, and the fact that I could not get anyone else to give me a bid or call me back, I'm happy with it. I would use Advanced Concrete again.

Very professional, very creative, trustworthy, hard working, communicative throughout all phases. Perfect performance. Based on this experience, we are using Advanced Concrete for additional work this new work season. 2013.

I have not had them do the work yet. I did get an estimate last fall, but due to the poor weather and flooding at that time, I postponed the job and plan do have the work done this Spring. I was very pleased with the initial phone call. The owner did the estimate himself and was very thorough in the process. We discussed different options and costs when he came to inspect and do the estimate. He checked the content and stability of the soil, as well, and we discussed my options for excavating. He was also prompt in emailing me an estimate with detailed breakdown of costs.

I was pleased with the quality of their work. It is a single owner type of operation, and he takes pride in his work. A few people in my neighborhood looked at his work and ended up hiring them from that.
