Their drops were much more frequent than the other company. They're definitely not better than the other internet service company. Their drops were extremely high. They were so much cheaper than the other company. Their advertised bandwith was optimistic. Mostly, they had old lines.

They're very prompt. If I had a couple of issues with my service with the internet, they change my router at no cost. My experience was good.

My phone works all the time. If I have a problem, they fix it. When I ran over my phone, they took care of it right away.
