Description of Work: We were having a Voice Over System (VOIP) installed in our business and they never installed everything, and we weren't able to use it, and then still charged us.

 + -1 moreTheir drops were much more frequent than the other company. They're definitely not better than the other internet service company. Their drops were extremely high. They were so much cheaper than the other company. Their advertised bandwith was optimistic. Mostly, they had old lines.
