They cost more and charge 15 dollars a month to keep your house on their website, even during times that the house was rented. We had problems with our sump pump and they send their own repair men to do the job (plus charge an additional 10% for their property managing division). They were sent three times to correct it properly and it still was not done correctly. After the winter had passed and the house was inspected for a sale, it was discovered that the crawl space was wet, the vapor barrier was in terrible condition and the sump pump wasn't connected at all to the discharge pipe. We had been happy with their services until we needed them to fix an important maintenance problem. It has required a lot of money and work to fix the crawl space that was neglected during the time that the house was under their management.
I wouldn't recommend them to manage a property that was a single family residence and required care and maintenance beyond a condo.

We had issues on getting appliance fixed. We didn't have the proper keys to get in the house. You have to put your foot down and stuff gets done.
