I value his unmatched knowledge with the local and national codes. Rick is an encyclopedia. His inspection starts before arrives at the home...pulling up city records for open building permits, checking on line history. His reports are concise and detailed and he is respected among my peers. Rick does not get hung up on visual issues like some inspectors. He focuses on code violations, unsafe building practices, deferred maintenance that is headed toward major repairs. He is my Inspector of Choice.
