Bill Ireland, the owner, was here right on time. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questins) was friendly, and obviously knew his profession well. He went out of his way to modify the filter rack so that I could use local in-stock filters, rather than having to special order them.
I had a couple of questions several days after completion of the installation, and he returned my calls the same day.
