Very pleasant and polite. Careful to not bring in dirt from outside,my yard is dirrt,on my floors. Installed 3 heavy curtain rods from home depot and disposed of the boxes and old rods for me. Also changed out a garbage disposal for me. They figured out the problem with the old one, bad seal at the sink, offered to just fix that to save me $ but I decided to have them change it anyway. Again all cleaned up after and offered to dispose of it for me but I needed the old one for warranty return. Excellent repair work and easy to work with. Kept in touch about arrival time. Would call again if and when I need something else done.

They did an excellent job! They called before they came and made sure I was going to be home. They were very cordial and considerate--even cut an extra tree for me. I would recommend them to others.

Cathleen was extremely thorough and performed some tasks we did not even anticipate. For example, when we were sorting through a box to decide what to do with each item, we came upon a phone battery. She realized that it was misshapen, which meant it was extremely dangerous. She put it in my Hot Pot because that would seal it and took it to Best Buy, so they could dispose of it safely. She cleaned up after each of the tasks and disposed of trash in the dumpster. Her fees were very reasonable. She let me know that if anything needed further attention, I could contact her.

I had around 9 tall dead trees in the back yard of a house in a subdivision with houses on all sides taken down by this crew. Wasn't a lot of room to work. For starters they were a pleasure to deal with. Cathleen communicated well and they showed up when they said they would which has been an issue around here. They were professional, courteous and got all 9 trees down in a day. Their prices are fair and depend on the job and they are insured. Im 100% happy with their work and have every intention on having them back when the other trees are ready to come down.
