They lady that cleaned was very nice but the time they charged for did not seem to reflect the job done. I could clean a lot more in 3 hours and I'm not a professional housecleaner.

TCM is professional and always come through with what they promise. They are also responsive. They dug the dirt away from the front of our house to verify how much moisture had seeped through the foundation. Then put it all back. They have done sheet rock and trim work for us once foundation was dry. They have also done various handyman projects around the home. The workers are well supervised and it was a pleasure working with them.

Area rugs were cleaned and in good condition.
Despite snafu, would use again.

They were supposed to concentrate on the bathroom and kitchen. They did not get to the kitchen the first day and on the second day it appeared that they had cleaned just the stove and microwave. I had just cleaned the stove so that should not have taken too long. They did clean the toilet really well, but I asked specifically that all of the base boards be cleaned and that all of the dusting be done. They did not dust anything and none of the baseboards were cleaned. The amount of work that was done I could have done myself in about three hours, they charged for nine. They did some of the light housecleaning like damp mopping the floor (also pretty poorly) but that is not what I wanted. I wanted the things done that I don't have time for on a regular basis and none of that was done.

They were professional ,informative,worked until job was finished. I will call them the next time I need help.

Great. All the staff members were very professional, kind and courteous. They were concerned about me first as a person and second as the homeowner. If I wasn't happy with something, TCM was not happy and would fix it. My and quot;newand quot; house is gorgeous and TCM's work was exceptional. After I was back in the house and they returned my belongings, if anything went wrong (i.e., a lighting fixture that didn't work, a door was sticky, the outside hose could not connect to the outside faucet, etc..) they came back and fixed it. A year after my fire, if I have any questions or concerns, they are willing to listen and address the matter. I was very happy with their work and the fact that they contacted me at every point, took me and quot;shoppingand quot; for the items I wanted in the house, etc. I made it more difficult for them by leaving town for a couple of months, but they stayed in contact via computer and cell phone. I was very pleased with all their workers and the end product is beautiful.
My insurance paid for 99% of the home repair work. The portion that I paid for was fair and reasonable for what I asked TCM to accomplish.

Was very dissatisfied with their cleaning service. They shined up our toaster for example, but didn't touch the microwave. Ended up cleaning that myself thanksgiving morning. They broke our can opener and made many promises to replace it but never did. They somehow left a big black scar on our bathroom wall that I had to repaint to fix. Lousy yet very expensive lesson, would NEVER hire again nor recommend them for anything!!

The staff were courteous and professional. They came by to check periodically of the drying progress and after the work has been completed.

Unfortunately, my 14 month granddaughter had explosive diarrhea which landed all over my sofa and chair. My daughter called TCM and they came out the next day. After the cushions had dried, there was still a strong odor of feces. Ugh. I called and they sent someone back out. Again, after the solution on the cushions dried there was still an odor. However, it was not as strong as before. I telephoned the company and they came out a third time. This time, they were able to take out the odor. The company was professional and did not balk or give me a difficult time when I called to complain. I would definitely use this company again. For me, customer service is a must. Thanks TCM for saving my sofa and wing chair.

Moving into a new house, needed carpet cleaned in rental. Anna was able to schedule me right away and on my work schedule. Brandon, who cleaned the carpet punctual, very friendly and knowledgable in his profession. Gave some great tips! I also appreciate that they give military discounts.
