Driver was courteous. Very timely in arrival. Took great care in hooking up our vehicle to his tow truck, making certain it was secured. Never a problem dealing with them, as a preferred provider of our car insurance company.

Auto Towing Service
Dispatch initially contacted me after AAA referred my call to them. AAA had asked for a jump even though I had requested a tow. Fortunately, dispatch contacted me to let me know they were on their way and was able to change the service to a tow. Josh, the driver was exceptionally helpful. He confirmed vehicle would not start, couldn't be jumped. He then took the time to check the vehicle as loaded to ensure no damage done to either end of the car as it was loading and delivered it to the service in wasilla.
