When putting the tub in some of the sub flooring was decayed from an unknown leak, he put new sub flooring in before putting the new vinal flooring in, and he still charged below what his estimate was, and the sub floor was not expected and was not in the estimate.  He was the cheapest estimate of all of the companies.  Very honest man and they left no mess. They cleaned up all the mess and disposed of the old tub and sink for us.
