Initially all went well. But after one week I was told the project could not be completed because they had other work obligations. The quality of work was mixed at best. Some was acceptable and some was terrible. For example, my fascia boards are smooth on the back side and rough cut on the front side (the side that is seen). It is very siding was installed way out of level and I had to point this out, but they corrected the problem. The finish that was applied turned out to be two different types, one was a gloss and the other was a flatter finish, something that was quite obvious once it was applied and dry. One area where siding was installed the siding was split into two distinct pieces due to the way it was nailed in place, but was left that way. Another piece was cut and installed and there is a fairly lagre gap between the two pieces of siding, a gap that should not exist since the siding should overlap. When I contacted the owner by email about the work that was not completed and the areas that were incorrectly completed, he was responsive and told me they would take care of it. That was in April, it is now October. I have contacted them via email twice and received no response. I have since repaired most of the incorrectly completed work myself. In my opinion, the work was sloppy, they did not complete the job they were hired to do and worst of all, did not correct, or even come out to evaluate the areas I expressed concern about.
Description of Work: Siding and fascia board repair or replacement. Project included removing necessary siding and fascia or scrapping and applying new finish where the boards were in good condition
