glass repair
 + -1 moreOverall it went well. The delay in receiving the estimate sounds like it was a one time problem and may have been just my bad luck in requesting the service at the same time they had a sick employee. I would use Gator Glass again if I had a need for this type of service.
Description of Work: Had a large picture window replaced. My wife told me the workers were pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with. When it came time to do the replacement they had everything ready to go so they minimized the time of a completely open window space during cold weather. My only complaint was that they took over two weeks to come out to give the initial estimate. When I called about this they explained that the person who does most of the estimates was on sick leave and they had fallen behind. Once the sick employee returned everything moved along at an acceptable pace.
