 + 0 moreThey set the appointment time with me, and we delivered the vehicle. The help clear up some confusion with our insurance company about coverage.They called to notify us when the vehicle was ready - it was ready two hours early actually... the install had gone perfectly, every item was back in place. It was an over all good experience and to be honest - if they hadn't stepped in with the insurance adjuster/underwriter it would have doubled out cost.
Description of Work: Windshield replacement in 1999 Chevrolet Suburban.

 + 0 moreDropped the vehicle off about 9:30AM and had it back by 2:00 PM - Note that it was cold outside, so they let the truck set in their heated shop for a couple hours to warm up and allowing the sealant used on the new windshield to actually seal. I appreciate that type of concern for the quality of their work. Service Manager at Gator went way out of his way to make sure all went smoothly. The technician the did the work did an excellent job. Overall entire process was as painless at it could be. No hassles, no one trying to sell me something I didn't ask for or didn't need. Great Place to deal with!
