My wife and I bought our first home with Rich Harter in 2010. Rich was very patient and listened to our wants and showed us houses that met our request, we never felt that we were being pushed into something that we didn't want. Two and a half years later the military is moving us so we went back to Rich to sell our house. Our house was on the market for less than a day when we received a full price offer(that we accepted). From the time we bought our home to the day we sold it Rich was extremely easy to contact with questions and answered them quickly. I recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a home. Extremely military friendly. Thanks Rich.

We know dozens of people that have used Rich Harter as their Realtor with outstanding service, We have used him in the past and will continue to use him due to the fact that Rich will do a fantastic job.
Rich sold our recent home in 2 weeks on the market, He is the Best realtor to deal with trough out the whole process, He makes it smooth and relaxing. Then he found us a new home to purchase for our upgrade in less then 2 days, After telling him what it was we were looking for he hit the nail on the head and found us the perfect home. We have closed on both and would just like to let him know that we appreciate all you have done for us. This has made 3 transactions we have had with Rich and We will refer all our friends to him.

Poorly. He is a terrible communicator. I would NEVER use Rich Harter as a Realtor and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone that cares about their home selling.

"I am truly speechless, I sold the (member name removed) home in only 3 weeks on the market. I did every thing they asked of me, I sat with her husband in person in my office negotiating the final sales price, with her on the other line as well as the buyers agent to get a final selling price, We got a full price offer with the sellers paying a total of $4474 in buyers closing costs. (member name removed) wasn't happy because she wanted full price with no closing costs being paid. They finally agreed. Once we got the accepted offer the (member name removed) moved to the lower 48, I have emailed them every thing they asked for along the way in this transaction , I send text's and called them, with no replies. I even had to hire a cleaning person because they left the home in poor condition when they moved out. My communication was excellent with them along the way until they left Alaska when it was hard for me to receive a response from them after numerous attempts, I even had to have the Title company contact them so we could get responses. So in a short note, I sold there home in 3 weeks, full price offer, They paid little in closing costs for this market and we closed on time with no delays. Now if that's not doing a good job then I don't know what is."
