John Pearson and the Pearson Automotive staff maintain all of my twenty five company vehicles. I have had the Pearson Team replace motors, brakes, tires, winterize vehicles, rebuild transmissions, complete suspension work, alignments, and miscellaneous vehicle maintenance. The are always professional, courteous, and very affordable. I highly recommend working with the Pearson Team!

They can't handle big jobs! I would have been nickeled and dimmed for the work I needed done! I took the car hear because the job was too big for me and no time. He guessed what he thought would fix the leak and charged me 700 for the job. Car is still leaking but I found Alaska M. Automotive which broke down everything that was wrong in about 45 minutes. Wrote up a detailed itemized list of parts and labor hours. They will charge me about 1400 for labor but they are pulling the engine and replacing all the seals, O rings and Gaskets. I can't afford to keep paying for labor to fix one problem at a time. He has a ton of good reviews but be aware that most of it is for small. Maintenance is good and winterization is good just be careful We took the car to another shop Alaska M. Automotive and they took about an hour looking for the leaks. / They Cleaned the motor and waited for the leaks to start and found that the Rear Main Seal Was Leaking, among many other places and said that the best thing would be to fix all the areas at once. Take the Engine out of the car and do it all at once. He would also replace the O rings and it would save labor hours by doing it all at once. I also had them check on the Alternator that was around 480 dollars from Napa which I paid for they said the alternator is Overcharging the battery. I cant seem to get the receipt from MR. Pearson. He avoids the issue all together and says that he refuses to offer me services. Im ok with that i just want the receipt so i can contact NAPA and replace the alternator if it is in fact the alternator. Mr Pearson Feels that i should have just trusted him and not asked any questions on the work done to the car. He is doing bad business by not being open and honest about stuff. He had some of his buddies go on facebook and explain to my wife how she was wrong about the review she left on Facebook.

Pearson Auto winterized my vehicle last month. John Pearson provided me with an accurate quote for the cost of the service and completed the job during the time frame for which my appointment was slated. He is very friendly, honest, professional and has one of the lowest hourly labor rates around. I will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future.

I spoke with John and he was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through each step of the process and told me up front that if I had any questions at all to ask him as we were going through each step and he would answer them. He gave great advice on how to take care of the car during the winter months, as well as how to check for issues caused by the cold.
Very professional and would use them again.
