I called this business after another plumber failed to get water into my house. The plumbers were highly enthusiastic, told me they would restore my water quickly and easily. Plumber Mace showed up on time, told me it was the switch (which it wasn't because it had already been replaced). He fiddled with the switch. Of course it didn't solve the problem. He the took apart the entire pump and showed me the mineral buildup on the inside of the pump. I agreed to get a new pump which he let to purchase. H returned only to find out the pump he purchased did not fit the perfectly good tank. Back to the store for another tank. Then he spent a lot of time soldering joints, connecting everything together. The bottom line is, the fix didn't fix the problem and I did not have water. He then insisted that my holding tank was frozen, and water just wasn't getting into the system. He suggested I call a pumping and thawing business and get them to thaw the tank. I did. This company told me if I am getting any water, ti was not frozen, and they were not going to come out and waste their time thawing something that was not frozen. I called Mace back, and he insisted once again that the tank was frozen and he could not do anything unless it was thawed. He agreed to come back and figure something out, and that began several days of lost work waiting for Mace and him not showing up. I would call, he would say-- I'm in the neighborhood-- and then not show up. I called the company and talked to owner, Dave, who insisted they could not do anything unless I got the tank thawed. He then offered to pay for the thawing just to prove me wrong. I told him, fine, call another pumping and thawing business. This time they needed to call because obviously I was not explaining things properly. I made arrangements to stay home from work yet again, waited for the thawing guys who told me the same thing-- got some water? It's not frozen. I told him I was stuck. The plumbers would not fix my water issue unless it was thawed. They would pay if it was not frozen. So they brought out theit big steam truck, and did theiir thing. It wasn't frozen. The upshot was, after replacing my pump and tank and a bunch of copper pipe, it still didn't work, and they refused to come back out and help me further. I got the distinct feeling all this was my fault for some reason. After all this I had no water, a broken toilet and a bill for more than $1300.00! To add insult to injury, the pumping and thawing business is insisting I pay for their work even though Norther Lights said they would pay. I finally hired plumber number 3, and he fixed my problem. The tank was not frozen, It had a plugged up diffuser. I know a whole lot about plumbing than I ever did before, but I have a list of plumbers I will never call again-- these guys are tops on my list.

They did not show up for an appointment and never phoned my husband to let him know they were not coming.  After repairs were made the trash and water was left on the floor.

The project was done professionally from start to finish the house and carpet was even cleaned when they finished. Great service!
