I have four different dogs and I use them quite often. The doctors there are really, really great. The doctors whose been working there now are working with our dog for six years. They're very, very reasonable. It's wonderful. I had a dog was attacked by another dog even though we they no appointments available at that time they did it anyway and was able to stitch him up. They're very accommodating.

They are a very friendly staff and they provide genuine care for my pets.

I needed to find a new vet from our previous vet because the vet were seeing had left that practice and the other vet just wasn't the same. I decided to find a new vet and found out the vet we used to have was now at this vet. It was a wonderful surprise when we got there. They saw all three of my dogs at once and were extremely thorough. They were all updated with their vaccinations they even gave us significant help with some other issues that we had. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the cheapest vet I have found for absolutely wonderful service.

They were wonderful helping me deal with the choice I had to make.

Dr. Lovely is my vet. She has taken care of Denny and Dooley since they were just a few months old. She neutered both of the boys for me. This included surgery for Dooley b/c his testicles never dropped. Dooley also has allergies and she worked long and hard to figure out the best course of treatment for him. She even offered to send him to Anchorage to see an allergy specialist. She took care of Denny's paw when he got a mysterious cut on one of the pads. He did not need stitches as it healed well on its own. I don't feel like she has ever taken advantage of me.

The staff all act like my dogs are their favorite when they come in. I usually bring them both even though only one might be seeing the Dr. and that has never been a problem. It is because they are brothers from the same litter and spaz a little with out the other by their side; especially in stressful situations. They worked with me to secure mail order delivery of Dooley's meds.

I have utilized NPVH for all my dogs emergent/non-emergent care since 2006, they are great and always professional. They explain the procedures and prices upfront and provide an excellent follow-up service regarding the status of your pet and any tests/procedures done.
