We called and they came out right away.  Gave a free estimate.  They fixed the problem quickly which was important, and were nice.  We used a $20 off coupon, but it did seem expensive.  However, the other company we called wanted $149 just to come out and see what was going on.  Did a good job.

They're very knowledgeable and they're very responsive. There's no waiting. They get somebody out here when I need them. I can always get a hold of them 24/7. They send somebody right out. If I have a plumbing issue, it's a big deal. They don't come back because they do the job correctly the first time. They've always done the job correctly the first time.

overall it went well. service man worked a deal with us! keep in mind I live in Fairbanks,Alaska and march is still very much winter.

They did what I asked. Every year we have the washer line snaked and there is always a clog at 42-45 ft. Everyone else I call tries to heat the line or unhook a toilet or snake the kitchen line and argues with me.  These guys are very polite professional from initial phone to call through service.  They even were trying to clean everything up for me and putting the washer back into place and wipe down the washer for me.  I ALWAYS use these guys for the past 5 yrs.

Problem water from washing machine was draining and coming up from the drain in the laundry room.  They located the problem was with our main line by using a video cable. They insisted that I view the standing water in the main line before moving forward.

We've been having a minor drain leak issue with our tub that we finally realized was beyond us to troubleshoot. Mr. Rooter folks came out within a day of us calling. The office called to let us know they were on their way about twenty minutes before the scheduled appt time. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional. They listened to the whole story about the issue we were having (a long series of us trying to fix it ourselves) and took a look. At first, they thought they would have to pull the whole tub out but after doing a little more digging figured out it could be fixed without all that drama and mess. They ended up fixing it with minimal fuss, made sure we were 100% satisfied and didn't have any other issues before they left. We will certainly call them again.

They worked in a timely manner. I liked that they were professional about it. I haven't had any problem since, so they did the job right. I don't know how much it would normally cost; I expected it to be more. I would say the price was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

There was a leak in our bedroom a few feet away from the master bathroom door. I was unable to find the leak on my own and had to call someone to assist me to avoid more damage to my house. I called several plumbers and with the cold temperatures we were having at the time the town was short handed of my usual plumbers so I had to give Mr. Rooter a try. Since it is a well known company I figured what the...how bad could it be? Well I found out how bad it can be to hire the wrong plumber!! The Mr. Rooter plumber said that they could find the leak for free. So they searched under the house and found that the leak wasn't from there. They came into the bedroom and searched around the wall and floor area. The leak came from the shower in the master bathroom. The plumber pulled a small portion of the wall off as the water had softened it. And said that they could fix it, that he had an idea of where it was coming from for sure. He gave me a quote for a "high estimate" of what the work would cost. I knew that the problem had to be fixed so I said too fix the leak before more damage was caused. The plumbers ripped half of the wall off with their hands and power tools (which they nicked one of the hoses for the shower). They didn't even use the trash bags that I brought to them to collect the wall as they were ripping it off!! The mess that was left behind took me an hour and a half to clean up!! They finally got to the leak and the way that they repaired it was they applied blue plumbers tape to the piece that was leaking twice and screwed the hose and connector back together again!! I could have done that myself!! No part was actually replaced, nothing new was installed, nothing was really done to repair the leak and yet they charged me the full amount of the "high estimate" that they gave me!! I don't know the actual name of the peice that is in the handle but I know where to buy that part to replace it in this town.I can rip a wall in half and apply plumbers tape!!! And it wouldn't have cost me $210.00 to accomplish it!!! The description of the work that they would have to perform to repair the leak wasn't explained to me at all or I would not have hired them to perform the repair. But I thought that I was hiring someone with knowledge! And to top it all off the plumber sat hitting on me the entire time asking if he could return after hours and "put a smile on my face!!" Even though I told him that I was married and to please stop he continued to harrass me!!! I wasn't even flirting with him!! I didn't even say anything to cause him to even think that I would cheat on my husband and with an idiot like him!!! I didn' say or do anything to lead him to think that it was even safe to flirt with me! He just wouldn't stop!! Brain cells definetly do not travel very far up his family tree to say the least!!! I was even talking to my husband via the phone (as he was at work) and the guy still hit on me while I was on the phone!! Lucky for him my husband couldn't hear what he was saying!!! I asked him several times to stop and he wouldn't! I was very relieved when they finally left! I felt very uncomfortable for a few days afraid that he would come to my house again...thank goodness he didn't! Needless to say I will NEVER use that company again! To be ripped off, my wall ruined, work really wasn't performed and I was hit on non stop and I had to pay $210.00 for that kind of service!!! How have they not had charges filed against them? Never use this company!!! Save yourself the expense of using them!!!

They came in first and replaced a clogged drain pipe and I was so impressed that I had them come back and complete a bunch of little projects that I just could not get around to. They were very efficient and professional both time. I would highly recommend them when you are in need of a plumber.
