Golden Heart Boarding

I called and set up appointment to visit the kennel. People were friendly, kennel looked ok. I explained concerns of older dog having problems going in/out of doggie door for potty breaks. I was told she would keep an eye on him to make sure he was ok. When we picked the dogs up (unannounced), they were in the kennel room in the dark, I'm going to assume they were kept in the dark except for when people were in the room. Our dogs were both filthy, she said they were going to give them baths, but didn't get around to it. The older one (11 years) looked so bad, visible weight loss, poop caked on his fur, I took him to the vet the next day to be checked out. I will not go back there, or recommend this kennel to anyone.

Lynn Orbison groomed my two Wheaten terriers. She did a fantastic job - best haircuts my dogs have had in several years. We travel full-time in our RV, and we are always thrilled to find a good groomer and tell everyone about it. Not only are the haircuts good, but I picked up the dogs to find them "blinged out" - they each had teal and purple feathers behind one ear and a bow on their collar.

Exceptional care. Grooming was fantastic. Highly recommended.
