After getting out of a contract with a previous realator nightmare we called Mike. He was fantastic, straight and to the point. He came and looked at the house gave us tips for layout and showings. Mike also had a professional photographer come and take the pictures of the house and didn't charge us for them, it was part of his commission. Within 5 days of hiring Mike he had an offer which we accepted on the house. He was fantastic in answering all my questions and helped with scheduling all the stuff that goes with closing. I just wish I would have hired him to start with, he's a great realator.
