We chose Armstrong Construction, an experienced commercial builder, as they could follow architectural plans. Owner Dave Armstrong came out for over 3 weeks, had 3-5 people on the job and coordinated all subcontractors. He is conscientious and skilled and also had a knowledgeable foreman always present. A very reliable and skilled job. Finished on time and communicated well.

They were able to start the project earlier then expected. They were timely and very hard working. We were very impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. They result - a lovely well built addition to our property.

The plans were followed exactly and when abberrations were discovered in the building, change orders, reasonably priced were provided and implemented. Clean up was good. Competent workers were also honest and on time and hard working.
