Overall everything went well, washer is fixed and working like new. Dustin is very earnest about customer service and doing a professional job. Dustin is also very busy so it was helpful that I had some flexibility in my schedule. Dustin was very thorough and took the time to share some tips concerning maintenance to keep the washer in top condition. Dustin was within $7 of his over the phone estimate and knew precisely what needed to be fixed solely from my description. I'm adding Dustin to my list of go to vendors.

Dustin was prompt and professional by phone. He arrived on time. I LOVE that he makes appointments for 5:30 so I didn't have to take time off work. Very nice guy, clean, professional.
Dustin diagnosed and ordered the correct repair parts. He came back within one week to finish the repair. He did have to order one more part and come back again, but again it was handled quickly.
Dustin was a good communicator but I just didn't "click" with him, understanding that he expected a return phone call from me. This frustrated him. He talks to himself and to you when he's doing the repair work, he's just friendly and likes people. But expect to talk! He did make a mistake in double-booking himself for one appt but caught the mistake and corrected it with another phone call. 
Much better service than I had with other appliance repairmen.

Rader's Appliance Repair Service is the only one in the area that works on LG brand. The repairman did a great job and fixed it right away but he didn't have the best of personalities after ordering the part to come back in order to finish the work.

I told the technician, Dustin,  at Radder Appliance over the phone the code that my LG washer was showing and he said he knew what the problem was and carried the part on his truck.  I had spoken to LG earlier so I was already aware of what repair would probably be required.  Dustin made arrangement to squeeze a service call in the following evening.  The price he quoted was significantly less than a factory arranged service call would be.    He was late arriving but had called to let me know about his delay.  The work went quickly but chatting extended the call.  I didn't care as I was very glad to have my machine working again.  I will call Raders again if the need arises.
