Over all it went good. I have no complaints. Wisdom was on time and polite. Explained everything he was doing, and why. Report was given to me on site as to what issues were found doing the inspection. Wisom was there for 3 hours and I was billed 400$ seems kind of high, however a pre-purchase inspection is necssary. I would do business with this company again.
