We bought a fixer-upper, then spent three years turning it into our dream home, and now we rent it part time to pay off the remodel. It is a very high-end space, and the cleaning needs to match that. There is a lot of minutia that’s easy to overlook, but Mike is on it, down to the range hood vents and letting us know how back stock inventory is doing so we have time to replenish. We are very happy to have found Mike and his team, and he’s also had some feedback we have adopted to improve our space.

He does have a minimum number of hours, but he always finds things to clean to make use of them so it’s worth it. He rotates through deep cleaning things, and notes what he did and what is due to be deep cleaned next time. Super quick communicators, work with us how we want things, and reliable.
