We worked with Victoria Acree on our home mortgage. Unfortunately for Victoria our realtor was less than helpful once we were under contract on our home so she got the opportunity to work closely with my husband to create and process all of the paperwork needed for our loan. She kept in good contact, did things in a timely manner, and made it as smooth of a process as she possibly could have. We had one bumpy moment when her wording on a document she wanted me to sign was unacceptable to me. Once I let her know my concerns she handled it professionally and quickly. We are thankful to her for making it easier. She was also the only one that presented us with any type of welcome home basket once we closed on our new home.
Description of Work: Processed and originated our home mortgage.
