Brian, one of the staff electricians who has previously been to my house for other wiring projects, came at my request to look at the electrical panel, discuss the installation of a generator transfer switch and give me a price quote to install such a device. After agreeing to proceed, Brian and another electrician showed up a few days later as scheduled to do this project which took them the better part of a morning. They worked efficiently to install the electrical unit to my main panel as well as installed the outside receptacle to plug the generator into. Afterwards they tested it and gave me a demonstration on how to use it during a power outage. They answered all my questions and provided me with an extra long, arctic-grade extension cord for cold weather use. As noted, I have previously used The Electrician, LLC to wire receptacle boxes under my house to plug heat tapes into and additional outdoor receptacles to plug in cold-weather vehicle heaters. Each time I have been very pleased with their work. They have been prompt, professional and trustworthy, always giving me a price quote ahead of time before proceeding. I will gladly use them again in the future.

He was efficient. He did not have to "go to town" for parts. He was flexible and knowledgeable about the work we requested.

After telling the technician (Bryant) our assessment of the situation he got right to work. He tested all the outlets in the master bedroom and bathroom as well as the outlets in the hallway. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. He also fixed a loose outlet in the master bedroom. I did not look at the time when he arrived but I would say that the entire service call took no more than 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend The Electrician to anyone in need of electrical work and if I need this type of service again I will definitely call them.

The service went very well and very professional. It started with assessing the scope of work and planning the job then executing the plan. The electrician had contingency plans for every possible issue that might have arisen.

Great.  Repsonsive, kept things clean, had good idea to make it better. quality work, organized.   In general everything one would expect from a good contractor.

I did have to wait a few days for the appointment, but the electrician arrived when he said he would, and fixed the electrical issues in my home.  The pricing was fair and reasonable, and it went very well, even though it took some time to diagnose the second issue.

He was very good. My experience with them was excellent. We used them about 3 years ago aswell, and that’s why we went back to them. Back then, they put in the wires that go through the generator system in our house, and we had good luck with them, that’s why we went back to them. This time aswell he did a very good job. It’s hard to comment on price, because I haven’t compared it with others. But I thought it was fair, in other words I thought it was well in line with what he did.
