SUPERIOR ROOFING

This entire total major contractor "job" for us turned out a far more pleasant experience than we had ever expected.
Both 'co-owners' Eric and John, along with assistance from Tristan, were a remarkably smooth good-natured working team.
They were also very sensitive to our own schedule needs, and likewise prompt, dependable, and cordial throughout their
4 days of work here.
I have carefully researched and contacted all available roofing contractors since late last summer 2012, and along with
advice from decades long friends across Fairbanks, my decision went with Superior Roofing...an established Family business
grounded by Eric's now retired father.
Closing comment ::::: quite unexpected on the 3rd day of activity, was Eric's suggestion to place an additional '' breather vent ''
along the house's entire roof ridgeline to aid in the release of moisture from our indoor cathedral ceilings. Aside from needed
materials, no time and labor was charged for doing this.
Again, this was my best contracting experience throughout fifty years of hiring outside assistance for big jobs. It deserves
an A+.

They were great! We wanted and sought for a locally owned company and Superior filled the bill for us. Eric was a little concerned about the color we chose, but after it was finished, he agreed it looked terrific with the new siding on our house. They worked hard, were prompt to arrive each day, and when they finished, they offered to use the remaining partial packages of shingles on the roof of our small shed. While we don't expect to need a new roof anytime soon, we will keep the invoice on file to recommend Superior Roofing to anyone who asks.
