He started the project a bit later (about 2-3 weeks) after promised stating he was finishing up other jobs. Once he began the work, the quality was excellent. He removed and replaced about half of the windows and finished much of the painting. Then all of the sudden he stopped showing up. After several calls to his cell and several messages, he finally contacted me and apologized just stating he had too much other work to do. He returned and finished much of the painting and finished the removal and installation of all windows. However, 2 of the windows he did not complete the trim work--the interior of one, and the exterior of the other. After a year, he had still not returned to complete the interior/exterior work on the 2 windows and left some of the painting undone; so I had to do it myself. I must admit that his interior trim work is way above average--his attention to detail was great. That portion of the work was very high quality. But because of his getting lost for so long and leaving me hanging in the middle of the job, and not returning phone calls, I cannot recommend him. He's apparently too busy. Hopefully, his busyness will catch up to his reputation and people will stop calling him so he can regroup and keep pace with his promises. It's unfortunate that someone who offers such high quality work can't keep his word.
