STAR AUTO DETAILING

My car was a mess and I desperately needed help to clean it up. I went in one day and requested service for the next day and I had no issue making that appointment. They were ready to start work on it when I took it in and it was done in the estimated time frame (6 1/2 hours). My car was pristine and totally dry inside. I have never seen it look this good! My interaction with Star Auto Detailing was professional and friendly. I will definitely use again.

Very professional and accommodating.

I called the place to get pricing and to see what the best way to go about this was. The price quoted was the lowest in town. But that's not saying much the price quoted was $169, but this is interior Alaska, what do ya want? This was to include wash and wax of exterior, detailing of whole vehicle including the engine. Other places I called, pricing started at $200 and went up if engine detailing was included or if the vehicle was exceptionally dirty. But I had taken my vehicle to an automated car wash a few days prior and wasn't terribly dirty. Anyway, he was able to get us in on a Friday morning. He said it would take several hours, so I just left the vehicle with him all day. I've had previous vehicles of mine detailed and its impressive. This place did a good job on the basics and a fair job on the detailing part, in my opinion. I wouldn't necessarily call this a "detailing" job. Several things were missed. I was asked if there was something more that could be done, but since he'd had my vehicle all day, I was ready to get it back.
