This company was extremely unprofessional and innepropriate. I went 5 months without a smoke detector, asking every month for one. Finally it was delivered and employee lied to the landlord saying I had not been contactable when in fact I paid my rent in person every month. My oil tank stopped getting enough pressure to work and it was not fixed until almost 4 months later! And worst of all, I was kicked out when I explained how dangerous the stairs and cabin were. The stairs were steepening and separating from the porch! They even brought a contractor over who said the house was unlivable as it was collapsing from permafrost. Their response when I said I should be able to live in a safe house was "if you don't feel safe, find another place." Do not rent from them at all costs. They lie and most certainly do not have your best interests in mind.
