super easy when I arrived and the girl at the desk was kind and courteous. I picked specific corsage, boutanaire and arrangement for the party. I was instructed that the type of flowers I chose were more expensive which was fine with me. I sent my daughter to pick up flowers when she arrived she called me immediately. ..concerned that the flowers weren't as I described. the corsage was missing the rhinestone band that was in the picture and the centerpiece was nothing special a small arrangement that you might buy someone for the hospital and lacked fresha that I payed a higher price for. when I called to complain the manager stated that if I wanted that band the price would be even higher and argued that I was mistaken about missing fresha. I explained my disappointment with the flowers in the end I was told I would br credited 10$ because they didnt have the flowers to fix the arrangement and wouldn't remake the corsage.
