Right Choice Automotive Repair was created by licensed and certified automotive technicians to help you maintain and repair your car or light truck in a way that you can trust that you can understand, and is more affordable! There is more than one option here in Fairbanks for you to have your vehicle serviced and repaired, however, few of those choices offer the combination of over 25 years experience repairing and maintaining cars and light trucks, certified technicians, a good repair facility, prompt response to your needs, and affordable rates. We have loved ones of our own and the thought of them having to walk when it's thirty below or being overcharged for a simple repair is not the way we would have them be treated. We prefer to view all of our customers this way because they are all sons and daughters, aunts and uncles, moms and dads, and grandparents and treating them badly is just not an option for us!

Anyway, we called around a bit and couldn't find anyone open on Saturday until we found Right Choice. Now, in this situation, MOST mechanics would sense the desperation of the situation and double their prices. (or triple) Not only did Right Choice charge us LESS than what other shops in the area would have charged local folks (about $1200 at other spots, $900 at RC), they prioritized the job and got it done THAT DAY so that we could still finish out our trip.
On top of THAT, the personally drove us to our hotel and picked us up afterwards so that we didn't have to call a cab. Nancy and her husband (whose name I've forgotten... sorry!) at Right Choice are *genuinely* nice people, who work hard and charge a fair rate for the job at hand.
We were so pleased, that we're planning on taking the car BACK to Fairbanks (we live in Anchorage) for future work, just because we feel like we can trust them to tell us the truth about what's wrong and what needs to be fixed.
I can not recommend Right Choice Automotive highly enough. Nice folks, fast and efficient, and priced fairly, no matter who you are! Hands down the best auto-repair experience OF MY LIFE.
