I was in contact with Jayson Pasillas and he came over for a quote. I accepted it and he did the job. It ended up being done UNDER budget and pretty quickly (in a good way). I loved that he used a quarter turn style so I'm not turning forever to shut it off or turn it on quickly. Explained everything that was done, where the shutoff was under the house as well as what to do when winter comes. When it came time to shut the hoseline down for the winter, I went under the house to turn off the valve... unsure if it was the right one (I forgot to mark it) , I sent a picture to him via text for confirmation. He responded very quickly! Heck anytime I send a text question he is quick to respond.
From time to time I see Jayson around town and even now, he remembers me and the work he did. Jayson also never fails to ask how it is working for me and if there is any issues. Just a few weeks ago he asked me if I remembered to winterize it (which I did). If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I know J&J Mechanical is just a phone call/ text away. Thank you for providing me and my family a way to beautify our lawn and wash our vehicles at home!!!
