Good experience.

don't ever ask questions at Home Depot here in Fairbanks. They either don't know an answer or they tell you the wrong thing and it ends up costing you extra because of the mistaken information. Someday i hope they will find employees who know what they are talking about and can give the customers useful information. I have called and talked to a manager, who told me he'd check into a specific problem i had (ordering a stove, which ended up being a hassle from beginning to end) and get back to me. he never did.

They took the old carpet out, laid the new padding and the new carpet. They were real good and I didn't have any problems with them. They were here at my place as they said, they would. I would use their services in the future.

They had to order a door up from Anchorage, by the time it arrived someone there sold after it was put in the contractors bin. So they ordered another door. when this door arrived They didn't have the other doors. After a few calls they found doors like the ones I wanted. Called me to set a date to put them in, I had someone go to my house to be there when they came they didn't show up. More phone calls another date had someone there this time they showed up. My doors didn't look right when I asked was told because I have an old house they couldn't get them any better. Now I have leaks around the doors frost on the hinges and have to brake the ice buildup out of the doors. the Contractors name was Gorden. He told me I had an old house. Don't let him fix anything.
