I would highly recommend anyone thinking about getting a property manager contact Gerri and have her discuss her services with you. she is professional, responsible, responsive and very knowledgeable regarding property management, tenant and owner rights, state law and has a maintenance staff that does excellent work. I have nothing but praise for Gerri and her business and how she took care of me and my property at all times through some very trying and difficult -50 degree winter days.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! We met with Gerrie at her office, she had a great resume. She told us she would email us the papers we need copies of the next day and she never did. That was the first clue about her follow through. When she finally came out to take pictures she used a cheap point and shoot camera. Her description of the house was fantastic, the pictures were ok (my iphone took better pictures). We had our house on the market with her for 3 months, she had 4 people come to the house the whole time, this included the open house. I asked her if our house would be listed on the Alaska MLS numerous times and she assured me it would. It never appeared, and her only true marketing was in the newspaper. Now days that is not enough. We gave her one last chance and agreed to drop the price of the home for 30 days (as a special), she failed to tell us that when you do that you can't put the price back up to market value. So then we tried to get out of our contract she told us she would let us out and it took over two weeks, she quit returning phone calls. I finally had to call the local board of realators for help, then she finally agreed again to let us out of the contract for $1000. Needless to say we paid the $1000 and lost thousands in the sale of our house. Lucky for us we found Mike Vansicle and he had our house sold in less than a week in a market that isn't a sellers market.
