"I am very sorry you feel that way. We came over 2 years ago and removed the tree that crashed down on your chain link fence due to the snow and wind we had in an unfortunate storm. Because of he distance from a drive to able surface the job took a few hours to complete. Your driveway was also impassable. I offered to come clean out your driveway with a loader like I had done for your neighbor but you never didn't respond. You were told that due to the volume of emergency response in that 2 week period that we would only charge by the hour. You requested we put all the limbs and wood outside the fence. And then in our conversation I asked you to call me back if you'd like us to come remove the debris from your house in the spring, you never called. Again I am sorry for your loss of the tree, I am offended that you would not come to me with this issue, as I am a very reasonable person and have built my business on doing great work for customers! And insuring I have a professional well trained crew available to meet any and all needs that the tree service can provide. Due to how far over the hill in 15" of snow I think you may have even been undercharged because of how long it took I didn't want to gouge you or any one. I personally worked on that job along with Art, Taylor, Mason, and Jerry. "I am very sorry you feel this way I charged you for 1 hour brush chipping and clearing and 1 hour stump grinding and you took pictures of the job and expressed your amazement and gratitude at how well the machines did their job. It wasn't until the time to write the check that any sort of problem arose the first day my crew showed up with the chipper chip truck and cutting gear approx $200k value I charge $325/hr for the equipment and crew and an $80 dollar fee to haul your chips to the dump which I believe I waived for you. The second day I personally drove up there with my stump grinder and truck $165k in value that I charge $250/hr I only charged for the time on site and after much back and fourth on face book with you basically telling me that July price was too high I asked you to never contact me again and indeed I fired you as a customer something I've done 3 times in my life since I started my first business here in Fairbanks in 1981 Have a great day and I am truly sorry for your malcontent."
