We are very happy with the completed work.  Duane is great to work with.  We like he takes time to explain and thoroughly document his recommendations and findings. We also like that their administrative assistant promptly answers the phone.

Did not install drain pipes as bid. Left me to finish the job. Did less than bid then billed for more than was the bid amount.

I called for an estimate and the owner arrived promptly. He gave an estimate that I thought was fair. He E-Mailed me a firm estimate that I accepted. We signed a contract outlining the work to be done. I paid a deposit. We agreed on a frame for a start date. The crew arrived on the agreed date and went to work like beavers. They did a nice job exactly the way I wanted it done with minimum interference with  our activities. The mess was held to a minimum and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each days work. Just as their work ended there began a heavy rain so they were a little hurried with the final cleanup and missed a few nails in the driveway. I picked them up later and there was no harm done.

This was a difficult year because winter would not go away.  Fairbanks Roofing came and shoveled off the entire roof so they could get started sooner. The bidding process went very well. They gave the best bid and also were going to do some extra work to solve our ice jamming problems on a room addition that was added on a few years ago. They showed up on time as promised and worked hard until the job was done. They even came back immediately to fix a detail we were not completely happy with.  They also were very clean and respectful while working and cleaned up even the smallest piece of trash after the work was complete.  This was no easy task because the snow was melting and it was a muddy mess in our driveway. We would highly recommend Fairbanks Roofing to our friends.

There were problems from the begining due to structural damage from water infiltration over the years. The home is a geodesic dome so the repairs were not very straight forward. The company was very flexible in working with us while we completed these additional repairs. After the structure was repaired the install of new roofing went fairly well. Attention to detail was critical in keeping roof lines looking sharp and the crew did a good job of making this happen but I did need to bring some things to the Foremans attention for additional effort. All in all the finished product looks very nice and while we have not been through an entire year yet, it appears to be holding up well. We are happy with the roof and would hire the company again.

Great! It took 6 days from start to finish.  They were even able to shingle our covered porch.  We had an estimate and I sent a check. To my suprise they needed a new check because it was about $2k less then the original quote.  Honest company, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work done. Excellent workmanship, very professional and clean.

I had a grant and so I didn’t pay them.  If I had to decide to hire them I wouldn’t have but because of the grant I had to use them.  They are terrible and I would not recommend anybody to use them. They just damaged my house and they wont repair it.
