CLEWORTH PIANO TUNING & REPAIR

Description of Work: Mr. Cleworth came to tune my new Breitmann piano. He charged extra because it was a new piano on it's first tuning. No problem there. I find that understandable. However, he left the house with keys still sticking. He did return to re-do the tuning which is a plus. But within a couple of days the keys were sticking again. He seemed intent on selling me an expensive humidifier for the piano. This may be necessary but I have yet to agree to it. I know the University has all of their pianos tuned by Mr. Cleworth and they all have humidifiers installed. My piano was sitting in a heated garage with radiant floor heat. That may well have been a factor. The piano is now in a better location in my house with a healthy ventilation system. I will get a second opinion before installing a humidifier.
