My Honda Pilot was rearended. I took it to Chaz with my insurance check from the estimate. They found more damage than the claims adjuster. They called and e-mailed me to keep me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. They also worked with my insurance so that it didn't cost me anything nor did it go against me. Even detailed my vehicle and another one other for free.

The manager at Chaz was very helpful in working with my friend and I after an accident and the insurance company did not pay for the repairs. They gave me a reasonable estimate, sourced for the best prices on parts and did not try to force us to pay for additional repair or paint work since we were paying out of pocket. The job was done well and they kept us informed of progress during the process. Chaz has two branches in Fairbanks, and I highly recommend this branch by the Walmart. The older store on 30th is poorly managed, and I would not recommend that branch at the moment
