Once I realized that we had fallen through the cracks, and I was very patient with all involved, things were taken care of, but the matter wasn't handled very professionally.

Left a message on a Friday for someone to call. The call was returned the same day. Set up an appointment for a Monday. He was punctual, polite,thorough.Excellent worker and I am very happy with finished product.
