Description of Work: I used the services of A Helping Hand Cleaning Service for housecleaning. I last used them about two weeks ago.

Description of Work: The company came and gave an estimate and date to my friend, but they didn't show up and she never heard from them again even after several attempts from her to reach them by phone and messages left.

Description of Work: I contacted this company for an estimate to clean an empty house from top to bottom. The young lady who finally showed up for the estimating appointment was very congenial, but seemed young and unprofessional to me. I asked for an estimate and she said she would have to e-mail it to me. After she left, I noticed she had not picked up the e-mail address I'd given her. I called her the next morning and she told me she was working on the estimate right then and there and was about to e-mail it to me. I told her I'd decided to go with another company.

Description of Work: Company was hired to clean kitchen, bathrooms, and blinds of my townhouse for move out due to my disability I am unable to clean a entire house in a short period of time. Our first appt was at 2pm on a monday 2pm came and left and when I would call there would be no answer and I would not even get a voice mail, however when I called on my daughters cell phone I got a answer and was told they went to the wrong house and cleaned it and they would be there at 645pm. I called my complex and asked if that was possible and they informed me no all empty homes are locked. So we were at the house at 645pm and we were there untill 830pm and had to take the children to the new house to get them to bed for school. We got no call just a no show twice. My husband went to the house Tuesday morning and there was a note on the door that they showed up to clean the house at 948pm. Way to late to clean a house people need sleep and after I got stood up like I did I was not going to pay and leave expecting it to be done I would want to make sure it was done before I paid so I would have to stay up with them. Totaly not profecional. She was going to charge me 275.00 for just the bathrooms kitchen and miniblinds and I was to do the rest. Tuesday by 10am I had a lady in there cleaning for 300.00 for the entire house and I did not have to do anything and she did a supurb job. I would not recomend this cleaning company if my life depended on it. If I could have at least recieved a phone call that would have been one thing but to leave a disabled woman to sit in a empty house and wait for hours for 2 appts is just too much. I will be contacting the better business bureu and the city licenceing dept about this so called company.
