A-1 Carpet Cleaning & Flood

Pat and crew cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms, a dining area and living room over two days. These carpets had never been cleaned (since 1994 new) and had all the signal stains of a single Dad raising two children alone. A-1 did an exceptional job and the carpets, while they will never look new again, were SO MUCH BETTER. They took good care to focus on trouble spots and even moved some things out of the way to get better coverage. The carpet dried in the time frame they said to expect and there was no gloppy mess to walk on while waiting. They were totally professional, easy to talk to and work with. Just a delightful and painless experience. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction and even gave me helpful tips about other home repair/remodel jobs. I wouldn't hire anyone else to clean our carpets. There was nothing I didn't like about their service.
