They are very professional and they treat my dogs well. They are good. I would highly recommend them. They are gentle with my dogs and they treat them like their own family. My dogs are actually happy to go to the vet.

My aging cat was very sick. They were very responsive to her needs and provided good care. They were very helpful and compassionate when we had to euthanize her

After working with VCA Eagle River because they were close to our house, we have finally given up. They are often rude and unprofessional and we have had several discounts in apology for their lackluster performance. On Christmas Eve our dogs go into a fight and one of our dogs required attention. They refused to see us siting that they wanted to get off work on time and helping our dog might make them late; they left our dog bleeding and in pain, making us take her to the emergency clinic half an hour away with no help--not even so much as a band-aid. They then sent us our pets's medical records in the mail along with a note stating, and quot;After reviewing our situation, we feel that it is in everyone's best interest that you continue your pet's veterinary services elsewhere.and quot; Luckily we had already found another vet. Me and my dogs will be going to a professional office that actually cares about animals from now on.

My Lab, Ruger, was having significant drainage from his eyes, and they were extremely red. I called my regular vet, Ravenswood, and they said they couldn't get him in for a whole week. I knew that Ruger needed to be seen before then, so I called VCA and they worked him in the next day! The clinic was very clean, the vet very kind and knowledgeable, and the staff very capable. I will be bringing all my critters to VCA from now on!

The experience was not as traumatic for the cat as I had felt it might. She is adolescent and protective and usually doesn't let strangers get close, another of the diva breed. Lady Barnaby has mellowed a bit, mostly due to maturity, not the operation. The VCA ER is a easy choice if you are new to pets or to town.

They are really good about getting you in. If you call with questions they are very good about helping you or calling you back right away.

They allow people to share the call cost which I love. so we had a few people with their horses there, it didn't take too long and the vet checked her teeth for me as well. lol it got a little confusing and my mare did get a shot I wasn't going to get, but oh well, it didn't kill her to have it.

Have used this clinic for 18 years and always happy with quality of service. Small dog had knee replacement surgery by Dr. Martell, very pleased with results. Routine care by Dr. Hanlon has been excellent.

Dr. Capitan has been treating my schnauzer for 2 yrs now for lymphoma. She as well as the other physicians and staff are professional, caring, honest, approachable, and fun. They have been flexible with my financial payments and charges. They have a nice clean facility. The physicians care a lot for the animals they treat. They work together as team.
