Within the first year I had numerous cracks and depressions. I called and the owner came out. Told me it would take up to two years for the asphalt to fully cure but that he would contact his supplier. I never heard back. Called the following year following the creation of new depressions created by things like lawn furniture, bar BQ grills and even a push lawn mower. No replay after numerous calls. Filed a BBB case. Took the BBB numerous attempts just to get him to reply. Now he claims he has a 1 year guarantee and the depressions are the result of higher than normal summer temps. Lawsuit has been filed. Not only would I not use this guy but I am informing everyone I can to avoid him.

I was told I needed to have my driveway sealed this year. Cannot get anyone to come out and fix the dip or even seal the driveway. I called on several occaisions over the past 2 months and was promised I would be taken care of. Then last Friday Was told for sure if it did not rain they would be there to take care of the dip and seal my driveway. No rain, No Sheilds, No customer service. Anyone know a good paving service?
Description of Work: After they ripped up my driveway and packed down the dirt, I was told they would be right back. I was not raining. They waited until the next day. It was raining, but they put down the asphalt anyway. The rain stopped just before they finnished. I was left with a 3 foot diameter dip in the center where water pools about 3 inches deep. It is right between my 2 vehicles where people walk up to my house. In the winter it is an ice pond and a hazzard.
