Like many of the others, it took me several times to get ahold of this company after I received the original estimate. However, the estimate they gave me was much cheaper than others with the supposed same services. I received one visit for lawn care and the job was completed as promised. However, they never showed up for week 2. I made several phone calls in an effort to find out where my service had disappeared to. Finally someone got back with me and stated that they didn't show they ever provided me any service at all. Really? I'm sure I didn't just imagine all the phone calls, messages, and even a few emails when I asked for written document of the estimate on my yard, not to mention that they actually did come and do the yard once. Long story short, I was going to have to wait another 2 weeks to be put on the schedule again after having been left out, so I told them never mind and that I would find someone else. Steer clear...very unorganized and unprofessional.

Poorly. Difficult to contact originally, could not respond in a timely fashion to live up to his end of the bargain, then, in the end never did. Cannot contact, he will not respond.

Absolutely lousy service. I purchased a package of three lawn care visits. On my first attempt I called every day for a week before reaching anyone. Left a message when the voicemail wasn't full but they never returned my call. Finally got lucky and got a real person, scheduled for a couple days later. They actually showed up and did a good job. Next time I tried contacting them it again took successive attempts (daily or twice daily calls) for about a week. Finally reached a person, the earliest they could make an appointment was eight days later. They never showed up to do the work. Began calling again. For a brief time their message said to email them and they would respond within one to two business days. No response. Began calling again, voicemail box constantly full. Ended up contacting Groupon who was also unable to reach the company. Do NOT give this company any money or expect any service.

Had to contact the company several times to schedule the lawn service. FINALLY, they e-mailed me back and agreed for service. Gave the company four (4) days to complete the service -i.e. please have this done any one of the following days. Company never showed up. Called company to reschedule (assuming something happened, nothing negative). Company would not return calls...called again, left voice mail (until that was deactivated), e-mailed (suggested method of contact by the company) several times - went to their facebook page (where i saw others complaining about the same) - NOTHING....they refused to contact me back! I believe it was because i was a 'groupon customer'. Very lousy customer service, very lousy company. Notified groupon to not use them again - AVOID!
