Run, don't walk, away from these people.

Working with Great Land Realty has been nothing short of disastrous since moving in. They have been non responsive to all requests, and have been rude and unprofessional with me and my roommate on the phone on several occassions.
Some of the complaints we had were fairly minimal, but all went unresponsive. Here is a list of problems we have requested fixed.
1) Working keys. We had one.
2) Working garage door opener, neither worked upon move in.
3) Leaky fridge. We called to fix and paid for ourselves, after repeated phone calls and emails went unanswered.
4) Non-working washing machine. We called the manufacturer and fixed ourselves, paying for the replacements costs, after repeated attempts to contact them went unanswered.
5) We had to replace the carbon monoxide detector the first night. Informed the realty company of this, they said they would take care of it. Nothing ever happened, despite numerous phone calls.
Furthermore, Phil (rental agent) contacted me on more than one occassion yelling at me and using very profane language to tell me I had been evicted, only to find my name had fallen in the wrong file. It was something that could have been easily solved had he asked any questions of me. However, he thought it was more pertinent to curse and scream. When i finally calmed him down (both times) I asked for the address, and explained I did not live at either place.
This company is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. If you are 20 minutes late with the rent they want to beat down your door, on the flip side, if you need anything, don't expect any help, no matter what it says on the lease. Both my roommate and myself are moving out, and have purchased new homes, neither of us elected to use a Great Land Realty Realtor for obvious reasons...assuming an unknown realtor would be better then this known organization, and we were right.

See above.  I would not rent or buy property thru this firm - not trustworthy at all.
