They did a great job with very high quality worksmanship. It took a while for them to cycle in the work but that
was only because they are in such high demand and it was at the busiest construction
window. The staff was very professional and the owner, Tracy did quality review
to ensure everything was done at the highest quality. I highly recommend them.

Estimate given was in a rush and not detailed. This was our first remodel so we learned a lot of expensive lessons. Several changes done at my request and no written estimates done, only verbal. At the end of all work done total over budget was a lot more than expected. Windows were not sealed correctly, so I had to insulate and seal myself. Electrical work did not pass inspection at time of sale. Nice looking work, but quality is questionable.

"This is one job I wished I would not have taken on. 1 of 2 jobs in the 15 yrs I've been in business that the customer did not pay me for the work we performed. [member name removed] kept adding thing after thing which we kept doing. We went above and beyond making things right. She would change her mind several times on vanities and things we would install. The job was way to long because of changes and we would go to different jobs to keep the crew busy. All in all, the employees and materials were paid and the shorted me over $2500 on the extra work she had us do. I learned I need to be more careful if performing extra work for people and trusting they will pay their bill. [member name removed] was very respectful and kind then left the picture when it was time for payment and let [member name removed] do the dirty work of telling me he wasn't going to pay us. Hopefully all parties learned from this. I wish the [member name removed] the very best and apologize they had a bad experience with my company ."
