The owner, Stipe, demolished our old kitchen and took everything away. Installed a very artistic backsplash, new granite countertops, new slate flooring, new cabinets. He coordinated with all of the trades; our cabinet maker, plumber, electrical, and appliance installers. It was effortless for us. During the remodel he proposed several ideas that were very artistic and resulted in a superior technical and beautiful finished product. We were struck by how clean he was during this potentially messy project. He never left until everything was cleaned up for the day and our house was never disrupted other than the one room he was working on. He was pleasant and professional and worked 6 days a week. At first his price seemed very high. But when we spoke to him he felt like a good fit. He honored the price he had quoted and in the end we felt like it was an excellent value. There were no surprises during the project that ended up costing us more. That is often true with other contractors. This guy is incredible!
